I do like them all , but probably the Honey Bear because I am a true Teddy Bear Collector, and I think if I used a little less stuffing on this Bear , so it would be a little more, floppy and moves easier,, and not so tightly stuffed! The bears face has to have some character to it , so I can make it very unique and, make it one fantastic more lovable Bear !!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the free tutorial on making these little critters. I have been sewing for decades and really have just started sewing toys, so I found the information very helpful, and the added videos were extremely helpful as well. What I love about sewing is that no matter how much you know you can always learn more. It is great when folks share their knowledge, it makes everyone feel more connected, something we all really need right now. Thanks again!

Hi, all your pattern are beautiful. I think a dragon is a good choice for vaentins day, because a dragon can be everthing – funny, nice, lovely, dangerous, take car of you. Look at Elliot from Disney – he is so nice !

    Do I have to choose? I can’t… 😳

Whitney, Sue, Sparkles, Oreo, Oscar and Mickey. 😁

Oscar and Oreo would remind my girls if our trip to Canada in ’17 (who knew otters could make so much noise eating? 😳).

Sue for the squirrels in our garden (here they are not very common and we love them).

Whitney reminds me of a witch my grandma had in her house.

Sparkels because I just looove seahorses! Could be so cute as a unicorn too.

Finally, Mickey reminds of a dear friend from AUS, whom I haven’t seen for many, many years (I live in northern Europe).

Your patterns are so clever. They show the research you must do before you begin to draw up a pattern. It’s the small things I have noticed in particular like the curve of the giraffe’s hind legs & the great faces of various animals. There is just so much detail in each pattern. You certainly are a perfectionist & it shows. Following any of your written instructions are so helpful & I often find them better than a tutorial. Thank you Pauline so much for all you do & I look forward to making Funky Friends Factory toys for all to see & enjoy!

Thanks for the opportunity to win one of your patterns.
I think, if I was lucky enough to win I would like the Lucky the Labrador pattern. My dogs have been the luckiest dogs I’ve owned, because they get to help my 2 boys and myself as companion dogs. If it wasn’t for them I don’t think our life would be as rewarding as it is, so what a better way than to immortalise them with your pattern.

    Happy Monday everyone!

So far I’ve made a bear pattern from your pattern list, but I think I also have one of the puppy patterns that I have yet to make. I really appreciate how easy they are to follow. I don’t have much experience with sewing, but I think making stuffed animals for family members and friends is always so fun.

If I had to pick one, I’d probably pick the hedgehog to receive because my brother and his girlfriend used to have a hedgehog who they loved, but he died. It was terribly sad. I think they’d like having a little memento to remember him.

A little back story, my great aunt (who was basically my grandmother) had sewn me several bears when I was around 7. She also would sew me blankets that folded into pillows. I still have one. Now that I’m an aunt, I hope to pass on the tradition to my nieces and nephews. It lovely that something like sewing can leave lasting memories.
Sorry if this is too mushy. Haha.

Love all the work you put into your blog and designs!!

I have my eye on Harper the Happy Hobby Horse. Just last year I found out there are hobbyhorse competitions!!! How fascinating, am I right. I want to make a hobby horse myself and see more competitions.

Each time I work on a Funky Friend pattern, I feel like i am playing with a friend. If I won a free pattern it would be Kitty Kate. I cant get enough kitty patterns ( I already own Patch the Pussycat)
and my real cats love to spend time with me in the sewing room to help.

I’m a lover of giraffes they are such a wonderfully graceful animal so my choice is RAFF if I win, now to get to the idea of VAlentines day it’s funny to say this but like the giraffes, Valentine’s day is the best holiday because it represents a day where you show your love for someone else or something that is deep in your heart so that is why I love valentines day

Ozzie Octopus has so many arms to hug you tight! Now that would be just a sight. All those suckers wrapped around while you are romancing throughout town. He would be really hard to put down.

Thank you for this opportunity to tell you which pattern I would love for Valentines. I have a daughter that is dealing with cancer and she loves monkeys so if I could win a monkey pattern I would love to make her a monkey to take with her to her treatments to hug.

All your patterns are lovely, it would be hard to choose just one. The Trex above is super cute and my favourite of your submitted examples. Although I think your lion would be adorable in pink and cream with a speckle of hearts all over the mane!

I *NEED* to make Kitty Kate or Patches the Kitty for my kitty-cat loving 11-month-old, kitty has been her first word and I think I definitely need to make her a kitty in time for her birthday in a couple weeks.

Loving the creations shown here – and loving the fact that I have purchased nearly all of the FFF patterns already.

I would probably choose the new Keepsake Bear pattern as I have made dozens of Melody but now I am thinking that my granddaughter would love the more cuddly keepsake bear!
Keep up the fab work as I definitely need more patterns 🙂
