Grab a caramel apple and pull up a chair… it’s time to review some of our early entries for our Halloween Contest.

First up is the ever-fashionable version of the Whitney Witch Pattern. Janet O’Neil Conlon made Whitney with traditional striped socks and a purple Halloween dress.

Next is this memory keepsake Whitney Witch by Tracey Storsii. I love the shiny gold buckles and faux leather boots!

Glenda Newton’s version of  Whitney Witchh has such a sweet face done in hand embroidery. No need for Uber because she’s got her own broom for transport, too.

The Silly Scrappy Snake pattern makes a fun toy for any occasion, and he looks especially handsome in this vintage Halloween fabric collection, as sewn by Kina Bonilla Chapp.

The next reptile in our Halloween roundup is the Igor Iguana Pattern. He’s looking snazzy in Jack Skellington fabric, sewn by Dawn Rimby.

Luann Allison Larson picked a creative candy design for her version of the Diggles Dragon Pattern. I bet any kid would love this toy!

The Patch Pussycat Pattern got a makeover in candy corn, pumpkin and plaid by Lindy Eversole.

If you’re looking for a calorie-free treat for the kids at Halloween – you can do what Marilyn Evans did. She used the Mix and Match Monster Pattern to sew heaps of HAPPY Halloween monsters for her grandchildren!

(It can be ANY Funky Friend Factory pattern that you have sewn – one of the Halloween Patterns or any other Funky Friends pattern sewn up in Halloween colors or Halloween print fabrics! In other words – it needs to be a Funky Friends Factory toy YOU have sewn that LOOKS “Halloweeny”!)
