RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
I sewed my tiger with quilting cottons but Taylor the Tiger can be sewn with most fabrics. You also don’t need a tiger print or stripes! Florals, chevrons, novelty prints and even plain orange fabric ALL look great on this teeny tiger.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Main Fabric - 60cm x 110cm wide (24inches x 43inches wide)
- Contrast Fabric - 16cm x 50cm wide (7inches x 20inches wide)
- 12mm (½”) black craft eyes
- Black embroidery thread for toes - 2m (78inches)
- Pink felt for nose - 3½cm x 5cm (1½ x 2inch)

This one of the first friends I made, and it was a challenge, but looked so good once I was done! I found I had to really slow down, take my time and really read the instructions, as well as making sure I’d transferred all pattern markings. Was so rewarding once it was done ! Found pattern instructions helpful but difficult to follow, especially on the front arms I have made many patterns and enjoy the challenge .
