We may have caught that Gremlin!

Things are slowly returning to normal, but, phew, it’s been a hairy few days for me – NOT being able to even SEE my website and NO email access nearly drove me crazy!

I was up until 2am last night fixing broken links and trying to get the log in working… and TODAY… beauty sleep is definitely required!!!

Upgrading websites is not recommended for the weak-hearted! Luckily we had
“FULL TUMMY” and “SENSE of HUMOUR” on the preparation list! : )

I will get back to EVERYONE personally who has emailed through a question or concern about the website transfer BUT it is taking me a while to get to all the emails so I want to use this blog post to  put everyone’s mind at rest that things are nearly back to normal and answer a few pressing questions that people are asking … like when can I access my patterns again, and when can I log in and buy some more???!!!

The website is NOW up and stable.

The Customer Account database crashed in transit and so nobody was able to log in and access the website for about 24 – 48 hours, EVEN ME!!!!! So I FEEL your frustration! : )

• You should be able to log in now,

• emails are working again ,

• the web-developers are working on transferring ALL the existing Download pattern purchases bought on the OLD WEBSITE to the NEW WEB SITE so these will be reappearing in customer’s Accounts shortly! Yippppppeeee – you will be able to sew them up again!

• AND hopefully the shopping cart will be working again now,  so you can get the Silly Scrap Snakes FREE pattern Promo, with your purchase in February, and life can carry on as normal at ‘the factory’.

So from ALL the frazzled critters and myself…
