A children’s author named Angela Dallimore emailed me to see if I was interested in turning the little boy from her book into a custom made toy.

Although so far to date I have only done ANIMALS, I took one look at this cute little boy, called Popscat, and couldn’t resist giving it a go.

I loved the ruffled hair and cute smiley face…. plus I thought it would be a challenge to make a cloth doll for a change from the Funky Friends Factory animal patterns.

I had such fun making him, and I thought he turned out so cute in real life, it was hard for me to part with him, but I think Angela was pleased that I did!
