There are so many to choose from trying to pick my favortie three is not an easy task. I think so far my favs Funky Friends are Tillie the Tortise, Ozzie the Octupus and the Dog Toys. These are three of the ones I have so far. Though when I get a chance to make some of the others I might find three new favs!

Ok, so this is like asking someone to choose their favorite child…
The patterns I have to choose in order of which I think my daughters would like the best, so I will say Frog Prince Charming, Lamkins Lamb and Dippy Dinosaurs. The fabrics… oh, the fabrics! So difficult. I will say Central Park 27063-14, Freebird 32241-17 and Metro Market Aqua Strawberries AAK9964-70. Ugh.

How can I possibly pick only 3 favorite patterns? So many terrific friends to choose from!! OK, which one do my kids want next to add to their collections?

    – Dilby Duck, Petunia Pig, Tillie the Tortoise

Favorite fabric (not fair to ask a fabriholic that question!)

    – Just Wing It, Meadow Friends, Tend the Earth

    Thanks!

For the Patterns I love making softies for babies so I would have to say Lamkins Lamb, Baby Bunny Rabbit and Tilly the Tortoise. They are all scream “baby” to me and with different colours for girls and boys could come up with some gorgeous pressies for my friends who are currently pregnant (they all seem to get pregnant all at once so I have a few that I still need to make).

For the fabrics I have two girls so I tend to like the girly designs. I like the Amelia range (the colour palette are my absolute favourite and the patterns of flowers and that Bali style leaf are gorgeous) , The Lush range in particular both The Lush DC5382 Raspberry and Turquoise (they are just so bold and pretty with the flowers), and the Hushabye range in particular the intricate leaf wallpaper style designs. Oh the things I could attempt to do with any of those fabrics!!! (note the word attempt in there since I haven’t as yet ventured down the quiltmaking path but would love to try!)

Favourite Fabric Patch fabrics… Hmmm… Only 3? Then it’ll have to be:
Flower Sugar 9226 Blue by Lecien, Hideaway 250 41-16 by Lauren & Jessi Jung, Hullabaloo 3240 2-11 by Urban Chiks.
Now that was FAR from easy! 🙂

I love making these soft toys for bailey, my boston terrior! She loves the bright fabrics and all the legs and fuzzy parts to nuzzle and tug on. I get to select the toys and she loves them all, the little bear that got me started, the scarry monsters (not very but the diamond strip on the dinosaur makes it look scarry) and her favorite little miss kitty cat. the best part I know what is in them and can really sew the seams tight.

OMG… how hard is this? my choices… and why:
    – Monsters Mix and Match – since my sons both had a set of twins 8 months apart, I always have tons of scraps and I am always looking for a way to use them up.
    – Lambkins – the twins all still love to cuddle and carry small dolls and animals
    – Horsey – 1 set of twins is horse CRAZY
    – City Weekend – how glorious are the prints?
    – Lush Sunny – 1000s of ideas running around in my head for that fabric
    – Ta Dot (anything) – who doesn’t love polka dots!

I will NEVER sleep tonight thinking about all the possibilities !!

I’ve been having just a wonderful time navigating around the fabric website trying to select fabric. My usual favorites are whimsical kinds, with animals involved somehow too. There are a lot of great choices, and I was trying to match up fabrics that go with my favorite patterns too. Zoology would look great on Kiki or Larry. I have many of the patterns and numerous favorites too.
So to narrow it down I chose:
    1. Kiki Koala
    2. Larry the Lion: I LOVE HIM
    3. Horsey Horse/ Unicorn
    Fabric choices:
    1. Sherbet Pips 18502-15 by Aneela Hoey
    2. Zoology CX4061 Sea by Michael Miller
    3. Good Fortune 27107-18 by Kate Spain!!!!!
The more I looked, the more I kept having a difficult time trying to keep it down to three. There are so many fantastic pattern choices.

I really love ‘Funky friends’ as the patterns are easy to make and result in fantastic toys that look professional but are home made. I have made the elephant, rhino, gekko and the honey bear and have reciently purchased the dragon, dog and monkey so will be making them shortly. My favourite three are the rhino, elephant and the dragon. Also being in England the instant download of the pattern is brilliant. My favourite patterns are honey honey, oh la la and bungle jungle.

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That’s right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
