I thought I’d experiment with some fun things to do with left over scraps of fleece.\u00a0If you’re anything like me, you’ll probably have a whole ROOMFUL of fabric and will love these fantastic ways to make something “FUNK-tional” with the scrap, and maybe not so scrappy, bits of material you have in your sewing room!<\/span><\/h3>\n

The\u00a0fleece hats pattern<\/a><\/strong> should be able to be adapted to fit every member of the family, well, the 2-legged types! I thought of a fleece dog jacket because I have made these for our little mini-foxie, BUT I wouldn’t know where to start for our Labrador! It’s a good thing she doesn’t feel the cold.No 2 dogs are the same so I thought I’d let that one pass.

At the moment my favourite creation, is the\u00a0Mousepad the wrist rest<\/a><\/strong>. The idea for Mouse Pad came to me because I got such a sore pressure spot on my wrist whilst working on my pc. I thought I\u2019d design something from my scrap fleece to use as a little cushion for my wrist. I knew I was onto something when I found my husband using the prototype of this cute little fellow whilst shopping for car parts on ebay!
