Gertie can be sewn in MOST fabrics but it is easier to turn the toy right sides out if you use a knit (stretchy) fabric like fleece, Cuddle, velour, chenille, minky etc. You can use woven (non-stretchy) fabrics like quilting cottons and corduroy but they will be a bit harder to turn. (The googly eyes will be easier to make with stretchy fabrics!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25854\" style=\"border: 1px solid #a8a5a9; one for the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>BODY<\/strong><\/span> and the other for the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ARMS<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>LEGS<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>SPOTS<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25894\" style=\"border: 1px solid #a8a5a9;
