(Look at the Layout diagram!). (Remember the line you traced is the sewing line!) Cut around the sewing line with a 3mm\/\u215b inch seam allowance. Turn the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ARMS<\/strong><\/span> right sides out.
