Fill your HEAT PACK with wheat, which can be safely heated in the microwave and makes a fun way to make someone you know feel great!

RECOMMENDED FABRICS
Fleece, of any type, other stretch fabrics eg. velour, chenille and flannelette, as well as non-stretch fabrics such as cottons and corduroy.
(The googly eyes will be easier to make with stretchy fabrics!)
