If you love soft toys and would like to make your own at home..... ...then this site is for you! Most of the Funky Friends toys can be made in an uninterrupted day and the patterns and instructions are simple enough even for beginners.
The Funky Friends Factory Soft Toy Patterns are designed to be as simple as possible so they are fun to make. These simple toys are fantastic for gifts, either made up as the completed toy or as a Kit for a crafty friend who loves to make things themselves.
Each toy has a list of recommended fabrics... I LOVE using fleece (mainly because it feels so soft and cuddly, ( it also stretches so nicely to give the animals such cute character and best of all it’s easy to sew) BUT I have had people make them successfully with lots of other fabrics that I would never ever dream of using, like satin and non-stretch denim!
