Australian customers have Additional Payment Options:

Australia Post Money Order made out to PAULINE MCARTHUR.

Postage Policy:

Postage is calculated by a software program linked to the Australian Postal System. We trust that it is an accurate system but we will make sure that no discrepancies occur.
This system does NOT include the cost of packaging and Funky Friends Factory covers this cost - envelopes, tape and bubble wrap all cost money!
If the actual postage is more than the postage calculated on this site, and if there is only a small difference, we will bear the cost of the extra postage . If, in the case of larger parcels, the difference is large, you will be contacted by email with an actual postage cost and will be asked if you would like to go ahead with your order BEFORE we proceed with shipment.
If the actual postage is considerably less than the postage calculated on this site, the extra postage will be refunded.
Items are posted out within 3 business days, usually within 24hrs.
You must choose whether you would like to insure your parcel. Funky Friends Factory cannot be held accountable if an uninsured parcel gets lost in the post.
Please contact us for any postal queries or quotes.
You will be kept informed about your shipment by email. If you haven’t received confirmation of your order within 3 days, you may have a junk email block or have an email filter. Please contact us again so that we can give you our email address to add to your 'safe list' so that we can reply to your emails and keep you up to date regarding your order.

Returns Policy:

The Funky Friends Factory patterns are prepared with great attention to detail. The patterns are lazer printed on good quality paper and each contains a genuine colour photograph and clear, simple instuctions. We take great care to make sure that you are very happy with your pattern purchase. Each kit is lovingly prepared, however, in the unlikely event that a kit may have been supplied with faulty materials, we would be more than happy to replace these. So far, in the 7 years we have been distributing our patterns and kits, we have had no returns. We haven't had any unhappy customers and we certainly plan to do our best to keep it that way!

Can you make the toys to sell?

If you want to sell the toys to make some money for yourself, I feel that, whether you sew them by hand or sewing machine, you'd hardly be able to call this mass-producing the toys! So it is perfectly acceptable to sell the toys in limited numbers. All I would ask is if you could sell them with a little tag saying that you have produced them with permission from a Funky Friends Factory pattern and, if you could put my website address www.funkyfriendsfactory.com on it as well, I think it would be a win-win situation for both of us! As a 'one-woman, home-based craft business' it would really help me if you could help 'spread the word' about my pattern website in this way! Thank you, in advance!

Can you sell the toys to raise money for CHARITY?

If you want to sell the toys for a charity, once again, I feel that, whether you sew them by hand or sewing machine, you'd hardly be able to call this mass-producing the toys! So it is perfectly acceptable to sell the toys in limited numbers for this purpose.
